Mr. Leonardo B. Roman, Chairman of the Board of R & B Insurance Corporation, is currently the Chairman of Roman Scholarship Fund, Inc. He was the elected Governor of Bataan from 1988 to 2005 and in such a capacity, was awarded the local Government Leadership Award as one of the four outstanding governors in 2002, garnered the 2002 Gawad Galing Pook, the 2002 Gawad ng Makataong Pag-unlad and the International Gold quill Merit Award bestowed by the International Association of Business Communications in the United States of America. He was also given the Anvil Award of Merit by the United Way International in Africa in 2002 and the 1999 Gawad ng Makataong Pag-unlad by the United Development Program and the National Economic Development Authority in 2000.
Atty. Victoria B. Roman is the President of R & B Insurance Corporation. She is also the President of Dinamika International and San Paolo Development Corporation, and the Vice-President of Roman Scholarship Foundation, Inc. She was the President of the Philippine Association of Surety Underwriters (PHILASURERS) in 1994 and co-authored its underwriting manual, Corporate Suretyship in the Philippines, in 1997. She was the three-term President of the Insurance and Surety Association of the Philippines, the non-life insurance industry association on 1997, 2002, and 2004. She was also the Chairman of the ASEAN Insurance Council from 2004 to 2005 and is currently a Board of Trustees member of the Insurance Institute for Asia and Pacific and PIRA.
Mr. Jose Nikkolo Flores is the Asst. Treasurer of R & B Insurance Corp. Having graduated from the University of Melbourne, Australia with a Degree in Commerce Majoring in Finance. He is presently connected with a Non-Life Insurance Company in Melbourne, Australia. Has worked with Insurance of Australia Group for two years and is pursuing his Masters in Professional Accounting.
Mr. Leonardo Banzon is presently the President of Keynet Builders, a contracting firm and Keynet Corporation. He is also the General Manager of Equitable Machines, Inc. He is married to Jocelyn Andres with whom he has 3 children.
Ms. Josefina A. Guevara is presently a lecturer at the College of Business Administration of the University of the Philippines. She was with AVIS Rent a Car Philippines from 1987 to 1998, occupying various managerial positions and retiring as Vice President and General Manager in 1998. She is married to Roberto Guevara with whom she has 5 children.
Mrs. Cleotilde B. Francisco joined as Chief Operating Officer of R & B Corp. effective Oct. 1, 2008. Prior to this, she has held simultaneously the position of Vice Pres. & Treasurer of three (3) Non-Life Insurance Companies. She carries with her 44 long years experience in Non-Life Insurance where she retired as President. She was also a Director of two (2) Off-Shore Non-Life Insurance Companies. She has attended formal training and seminars in Non-Life Insurance locally and abroad. She was a Director of a Rural Bank & a President of a Savings Bank. She also held the positions of Vice President & Treasurer of a Management Company and Chairman of the Board of a Resort and Realty Company. She is presently a Director and Treasurer of Food Chain Company.
Mrs. Fe Rosales – Juarez – finished her Bachelors of Arts from Maryknoll College, Masters in Education and Doctorates degree major in Philippine Studies from the University of the Philippines. She has held the positions of Vice President for Academic Affairs at the Bataan Heroes Memorial College and Iligan Capitol College. She was Vice Chairman of the National Research Council of the Phils. Mindanao Cluster, and Director of the American Studies Association of the Phils.
